Butter – 3 – 1 inch cube

Milk Cream – 18% – 1 cup

Garam Masala- 1 Tea Spoon

Salt- To Taste

Adrak- Ginger – ½ inch cut in small pieces

Tomato (Tamatar) –3

Garlic – lahsoon- 6 pieces

Tomato Ketchup – 1 Tea Spoon

Fenugreek leaves -Kasoori Methi- ½  Tea Spoon

 

Marination:

Dahi _Yogurt- 2 Tea Spoon

Tandoori Masala – 1 1/2  Tea Spoon

Lal Mirch Powder- Red Chilli Powder-  ½  Tea Spoon

Haldi – Turmeric powder-  ½ Tea Spoon

Jeera Powder – Cumin Powder – 1 Tea Spoon

Dhaniya Powder –Coriander Powder- 1 Tea Spoon

Namak –Salt- 1 Tea Spoon

 

For Garnish:

Dhaniya Hari (Cilantro) – 1 bunch
