Chicken Masala Restaurant Style चिकन मसाला रेस्टारेन्ट स्टाईल

Ingredients:

Chicken – 5 Leg Pieces

 

Marinate: (For 1 Hour)

Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tea Spoon

Mustard Oil – 1 Tea Spoon

Salt- Per Taste (1 Tea Spoon)

Turmeric Powder (Haldi) – ½ Tea Spoon

Red Chilli Powder – ½ Tea Spoon

Kasoori Methi  – 1 Tea Spoon

Cooking:

Mustard Oil – 3 Tea Spoon

Heeng (Asafoetida Powder) – 1 pinch

Jeera – 1/2 Tea Spoon

Kali Mirch (Black Pepper) – 4 to 5

Pyaaz  (Onion) – 1 Big –cut in small pieces

Salt – 1 Tea Spoon

Tomato – ½ cut in small pieces

Yogurt- 1 cup

Mixed Veg Cocktail or Tomato Puree – ½  cup

Sugar – ½ Tea Spoon

Black Pepper Powder – ½ Tea Spoon

Capsicum – Shimla Mirch – 1 – cut in medium square pieces

Onion – ½ – cut in medium square pieces

Ginger- Adrak- ½ inch in Julians
