Ingredients:

भुनी हुई सूजी- Roasted Suji (Semolina) – 2 cup

प्याज – Onion – 1 small chopeed

हरी मटर – Green Peas – ½ cup

राई –raai (mustard seeds) – ½ Tea Spoon

मीठी नीम – कढ़ी पत्ता – Kadhi Leaves – 6-7

उड़द दाल – Udad Daal – ½ Tea Spoon

नीबू का रस – Lemon juice – 1 lemon

नमक – Salt to taste

तेल – Oil – 2 Tea Spoon

धनिया पत्ती – Coriander  Leaves – 10/15 leaves

नारीयल पाऊडर – Coconut Powder – 1 Tea Spoon

गरम पानी – Warm Water

Ingredients:

Cooked Rice- 1 Cup

Curd- Yogurt – 1 Cup

Milk – ¼ Cup

Salt – ½ Tea Spoon

 

For Tadka:

Cooking Oil- 1 Tea Spoon

Lal Mirch Sukhi- 1 khadi

Mithi Neem- Kadhi Patta- 10 to 12

Chana Dal- 1 tea spoon

Rai- Mustard Seed- 1 Tea Spoon

Cumin Seed – Jeera – 1 Tea Spoon

Heeng – 1 Chutki

Ginger – Adrak- ¼ inch Chote Tukde (For garnishing)(Optional)
