Hing Powder – Asafoetida – 1 pinch

Namak -Salt – ½ Tea Spoon

Sugar – ½ Tea Spoon

Garam Masala – ¼ Tea Spoon

Red Chilli – Lal Mirch- 1

V8 or Tomato Puree – 2 Tea Spoon

Oil – 2 Tea Spoon

Tandoori Masala – 1 /2 Tea Spoon

Soya Sauce – 1 Tea Spoon

Sweet Chilli Sauce – 1 Tea Spoon

Black Pepper – Fresh Grinded

For Deep Frying:

Pyaaz –Onion – 2 Medium cut in square

Shimla Mirch – 1 – Cut in Square

Soya Sauce- 1 Tea Spoon

Sweet Chilli Sauce – 2 Tea Spoon

Tomato Ketchup – 1 Tea Spoon

Sugar – 1/2 Tea Spoon

Adrak – 1/2 inch- cut in small pieces
