Mushroom – Fresh – 1 Cup

Green Peas – Mutter

Onion – 2 Medium

Daal Chini Stick – 1 small

Tej Patta- Bay Leaf – 2

Lal khadi Mirch – 1

Badi Elaychi -1

Jeera – 1 Tea Spoon

Hing- 1 chutki

Half and Half Cream – or- Milk

 

Make Paste:

  1. Garlic Ginger paste:

Garlic – Lehsoon- 6 kali

Ginger – 1 /2 Inch

Green Chilli- Hari Mirch- 3

  1. Tomato Paste:

Tomato- Tamatar- 2 Medium

 

Lal Mirch powder- 1 Tea Spoon

Haldi -1/2 Tea Spoon

Jeera Powder – ½ Tea Spoon

Dhaniya Powder – 1 Tea Spoon

Tandoori Masala – 2 Tea Spoon

Salt – To Taste

Sugar – ½ Tea Spoon

Dhaniya patti- To Garnish
